In my work, I adhere to ethical norms and rules, striving to create a safe and supportive space where productive work is comfortable.

I employ a multimodal approach, combining techniques from cognitive-behavioral, systemic family, and schema therapies, as well as acceptance and commitment therapy. I use only evidence-based methods. This approach allows for resolving issues within 10-20 sessions.

My mission is to help clients master tools for self-directed positive life changes.

I regularly undergo training in approaches that interest me to become a more effective therapist. Currently, I am learning techniques of schema therapy.

I am a member of the Association of Professionals in the Field of Contextual-Behavioral Science.

I love the forest and enjoy mushroom picking.

I am married and have three wonderful children.

Systemic Family Therapy (SFT)
In SFT, the client is the family as a whole, not individual members. This therapeutic approach views the family as a unified entity, a system where everyone is interconnected, and people's behavior adheres to certain laws. In SFT, therapists help individuals become aware of and change these laws if they negatively impact relationships.

Child Psychotherapy

There are numerous approaches to child psychotherapy. For instance, with young clients, therapists often employ play therapy, where significant events in the child's life are "played out" in different scenarios. Additionally, art therapy methods work well with children, helping them become aware of and express emotions, process psychological traumas, and understand and assert their boundaries. Conversational psychotherapy is used with older children and adolescents.
